Fall Food and Supplies Drive
We are once again collecting food and supplies for Cat Tail Kitties and the Oakland Pet Adoption Center. These organizations do a great job of rescuing pets and finding them homes.
Your contributions are very much appreciated--without the generosity of their contributors, these organizations could not continue to care for our furry friends.
Donations will be gratefully accepted during regular office hours throughout the month of November.

Making a difference...
When AJ and Marshall came to Cat Tail Kitties, they were scraggly and thin. Through the loving care given in a foster home they became beautiful kittens, with shiny coats and great personalities. They were adopted by a wonderful family and have given their family love and happiness in return.
Cat Tail Kitties is a rescue group who is making a big difference in the kitty population in the Macomb/Oakland area. Auburn Animal Hospital partners with them by providing excellent veterinary care, and several of our staff members provide foster care for kittens and cats.
When most people think of helping a rescue group, the first thing they think of is money--which is very important! But if you aren't able to contribute financially, there are still many ways you can help. Giving of your time and talents is a fantastic way to participate in the rescue effort.
Attached is an article which suggests some ways you might be able to help. It is only a short list, but maybe it will get you thinking about what YOU can do to help this wonderful group.
